Q1: Where is your matcha produced? A: We source matcha primarily from Yame City, Fukuoka Prefecture, and from trusted producers across Kyushu. We only handle high-quality matcha from contracted farmers. Q2: What is the shelf life? A: When unopened, the shelf life is approximately 12 months from the production date.
