保存方法（Storage Instructions）

・未開封の場合
冷蔵庫または冷凍庫で保存してください。

・開封後
缶やジッパー付き袋（ジプロック等）などでしっかり密封し、冷暗所で保管してください。

・使用頻度が高い場合（短期間で使い切れる場合）
温度変化による吸湿や移り香を避けるため、冷蔵庫に入れずに冷暗所で保管する方が適しています。

・湿気に注意
ほうじ茶は湿気や周囲のにおいを吸いやすく、香りや風味が落ちる原因になります。戸棚の中などに無造作に入れておくのは避け、密封して保管してください。

・使用時のポイント
急激な温度変化を避けるため、使用する際は必要な分量だけをその都度取り出してください。

注意点（Important Notes）

• 未開封のほうじ茶は、常温⇔冷蔵／冷凍の出し入れを繰り返すと、品質が劣化する恐れがあります。
• 開封後のほうじ茶を再密封せずに冷蔵庫へ入れると、冷蔵庫内の湿気や臭いを吸ってしまい、品質劣化が早まることがあります。

Storage Instructions

• Unopened
  Store in the refrigerator or freezer.
• After opening
  Seal tightly in an airtight container (such as a tin canister or resealable zipper bag) and keep in a cool, dark place.
• If you use it frequently (and will finish it quickly)
  To avoid moisture caused by temperature changes and odor transfer, it may be better to store it in a cool, dark place rather than in the refrigerator.
• Avoid humidity
  Hojicha easily absorbs moisture and surrounding odors, which can reduce its aroma and flavor. Avoid storing it loosely (e.g., left casually in a cupboard) and keep it tightly sealed.
• When using
  To prevent sudden temperature changes, take out only the amount you need each time.

Important Note

• Unopened hojicha may lose quality if repeatedly moved between room temperature and the refrigerator/freezer. Avoid frequent temperature cycling.

• • If opened hojicha is placed in the refrigerator without resealing it tightly, it can absorb humidity and odors inside the fridge, which may speed up quality deterioration.
