*Due to its current popularity, production of matcha is limited, making it an extremely valuable commodity.

We are now taking reservations for 2026, so please apply early.

Please note that production volume may vary due to bad weather, etc.

How to save

- If unopened, store in the refrigerator or freezer.
- After opening, seal in a can or Ziploc bag and store in a cool, dark place.

-If you use the product frequently and can use it up within a short period of time, it is best to store it in a cool, dark place rather than in the refrigerator to avoid moisture absorption and odor transfer due to temperature changes.

・Matcha will form clumps when it absorbs moisture, so avoid just storing it in a cupboard or other place.

- To avoid sudden temperature changes, take out only the amount you need each time you use it.

[Notes]

・Unopened matcha will deteriorate if it is repeatedly stored at room temperature and then refrigerated/frozen.
・If you put matcha in the refrigerator after opening without resealing it, you will be able to avoid high temperatures, but it will absorb the moisture and odors from the refrigerator, causing it to deteriorate more quickly.
